After trudging around the Dubai Mall looking for a jeweler to buy some gold for my daughters we decided to get a taxi to the Gold & Diamond Park. I had been recommended Mamiya Jewelers by a friend. On arrival the shop was busy but we were quickly assigned someone to help us with our purchases. Their team was patient and helpful in sorting some gold chains and a diamond ring for us at a great price and with little fuss. A bracelet needed adjustment and this was done at the onsite workshop within 45 minutes.
My aunt needed a ring adjusted and Mamiya Jewelers offered to make the adjustment and deliver to our hotel in Abu Dhabi the following day. We were located 90 mins outside of Dubai so this suited us perfectly.
It was nearly 8pm by the time we had finished purchasing what we wanted and needed to get a taxi back to the Dubai Mall to get a further taxi back to our hotel in Abu Dhabhi.
Mr Tony one of the shop in charge offered us a complimentary lift back to our hotel, this trip due to traffic took nearly 2 hours. How many other stores would give this level of customer service? My aunt's ring was delivered to the hotel as agreed the following day where she was allowed to try it on and pay the driver. If your heading to Dubai don't mess around looking for somewhere to shop. Head to Mamiya Jewelers where the team will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you are looking for, plus a bit more.
