We've used Mamiya Jwellers on many occasions for family engagement and wedding rings - the service has always been impeccable.
On this occasion we visited to purchase some additional items - these were made for us and delivered to the hotel. Upon delivery we noticed that the items weren't 100% was we requested - there were no issues from Mamiya Jewelers. We were driven to the store and then visited the factory to ensure that the items were amended to our initial request. They then drove us back to the hotel, all without fuss.
